Katsumi Kasai is an award-winning hair stylist whose talent is recognized at leading salons in Tokyo, New York, and Beverly Hills. He has been a master of his art for over 30 years. His skills are sought by high-profile celebrities and clients who want top quality services. Kasai has also received acclaim for his work with Frederic Fekkai over the past 12 years. He continues to serve clients at Kim Vo Salon in the Montage Hotel and Warren Tricomi Salon in New York City, as well as salons in Honolulu and San Francisco.
At Kasai Hair, we have clients ranging from celebrities to students, men, women and children. The salon is open 7 days a week and for extended hours, allowing us to accommodate appointments and walk-ins.

Rich
Rich is our guest colorlist who spent 15 years at Joseph Martin Salon and 10 years at Beverly Hills’ Frederic Fekkai Salon. Rich has also been featured in magazines as well. He has always loved the look of highlights that mimic the effects of the sun. Along with the beach, he counts music as one of his biggest inspirations.
He is available Wednesday and Fridays.
Amy
Amy is a Senior Level Stylist here at Kasai Hair and has been doing hair for 8 years. As a cut and color specialist, Amy started her education at Marinello Beauty school and launched her career assisting at Frederic Fekkai in Beverly Hills for Kasai himself. At Frederic Fekkai she gained experience working with celebrity clientele throughout Beverly Hills for many award shows and photoshoots. After working with at Frederic Fekkai Amy continued with Kasai Hair here in Manhattan beach and worked her way up to Senior Stylist Level, with a concentrating in Cutting and styling as well as the Balayage technique of coloring.

Nozomi
Nozomi started her career in the beauty industry in 2008. She has worked at one of the top salons in Omotesando, Tokyo, and also worked for Japanese films as a hairstylist and makeup artist.
After moving to the United States, besides working in the salon as a hair stylist, she has also worked on films, commercials, music videos, CD cover shoots, weddings, and more.

Kevin
After 15 years in hair industry striving for creative mindset is my daily goal. Constantly thinking about how to fuse hair color design with theshape of the haircut is the greatest fun at being a hairstylist.
Coming from an AVEDA background the culture showed me discipline, and structure on what i love doing everyday behind the chair. Innovation requires these two fundamentals to spark directional motion on my craftsmanship.
First impression, communication, and open honesty are my guideline with every guest that seat on my chair, allowing me to develop successful long-lasting relationship.
